usually great, this time ordered at 845. said 30mins for delivery. 9.52pm nothing yet..tracker says waiting to be delivered. Called the store, no answer. Automated machine says due to deliver at 9.13pm. Not sure what to do. All hungry and very sad.

This place had to be money laundering/a scam at this point. Two weekends in a row we've tried to order from here and they have been unable to fulfil the order. Tonight they said they literally didn't have the ingredients to make the order and asked us to cancel through ubereats and said they didn't know how to cancel. Do not order from here.

Just got pizzas from this place and they were half cooked the bass wasn’t cooked and the garlic bread wasn’t cooked properly I want my refund tried to contact them but still haven’t got a reply back

Update: Ended up going to the store an hour after it was meant to be delivered. Much head scratching and pointing at computer screens before heading to the kitchen. I had to ask again what was happening and if they were just starting the order. Shrug of their shoulder and a “we have been busy”. So if you are happy to wait 2 1/2hours from when you order, and pickup despite paying a delivery fee, this is the pizza store for you!2 hours and counting, absolutely unacceptable. Call to the store goes unanswered.

There's only one person in the shop, perhaps the franchise owner? The shop was extremely quiet, no customers. The inside was kind of gloomy and dark. However, the staff was quite friendly and I didn't wait long for my order.Ordered Chicken Alfredo Pasta and Cheese Ham Pie. Looked nothing like the pictures (see comparisons of attached pictures). The pasta had only those few pieces of chicken on top, underneath was a thick glob of mushroom sauce and spiral pasta pieces, the taste wasn't too bad. The pie's taste was even more disappointing.

Bought desert Hershey cookie and velvet brownie on a SUNDAY. I had to pay a Sunday surcharge, delivery fee, and even tipped the driver was around $36 for 2 items. Food came very fast and unfortunately raw dough underneath! Called immediately spoke to the assistant manager or second incharge, asked to plzz come pick up and dropp off new, he REFUSED. He responded by saying I was the only one who has complained today so that it was impossible for my complaint to be true? Seriously I can't,, never again will I ever buy any food here was inedable literally couldn't even lift off the tray it was stuck like cake batter. This manager will ruin your business with the way he disregard and disrespectful mannerisms. Will never eat pizza hut again.

I've been very disappointed with the offerings from this franchise of late. The pizzas are routinely overcooked and neither appetising to look at or to eat. Not only this but apparently now customers are charged to have toppings removed from a pizza (i.e. onions or mushrooms) as well as for adding any additional toppings, which in our most recent experience is no grarentee you get extra cheese or what ever it is you are requesting. Sorry but if I'm paying $27 for a pizza I want something other than burnt offerings. And why is the customer feedback link on orders provided to the customer on the website expired" ?"

The order takes some time but the place is very humid and suffocated for some reason. No space inside and not a very pleasing ambiance either.P.s, there's just one person working alone and doesn't make sense, he is co-operative but obviously will be hard for him so there are delays.

Pizza was delivered 1.5 hours after ordering. Delivery driver called asking for direction with very terrible English and very rude! Not even say hi, or tell us where he from. Just started with Where is address?" After we explain to him where it is
