The drive through wouldn't let us take a shopping trolley through as our car was wrapped up in the kfc park bay. Overall not a good experience, but food is edible.

The toasted sandwiches were nicely cooked and tasted good. the coffee was great tasting and we were glad the made them lactose free. The let down was the lack of cleanliness in the toilets.

Just had the worst takeaway meal ever! My chicken burger was so dark in colour I thought it was beef. Oil must be old! It was overcooked, was supposed to have bacon on it, didn’t find any, hardly any lettuce or mayo. My son’s double whopper patties were almost black! The wife’s burger wasn’t very nice either. Just awful. Won’t ever go back!

Wow what Very dirty store, honestly looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, my shoes kept getting stuck to the floor it was that sticky. food not fresh and very meh, being the only people in the store and you still forgot to put 1 of my burger in the bag!! So thank you.

Average at best nearly no service obviously staff shortage. Not pleasant service at all, burger was okay but it's supposed to be right. Constant beeping for no reason coming from kitchen so atmosphere would drive you crazy srsly turn it off.

Burgers were burnt, looked like they were made a week ago. Manager not apologetic at all. Very little staff. No wonder the place was empty. Maccas and KFC pumping.

Knew there would be trouble when we ordered at the drive through speaker box then asked to repeat the order at the window and they still got it wrong. Wife ordered grilled chicken bacon and cheese. Got fried chicken that had obviously been sitting there for a while and the bacon was so tough it was like jerky and had 2 shreds of lettuce. Her chips were only half filled. I got ultimate double whopper and the bacon was the same, very tough and dry. This place gets worse every time so don't think I shall be returning.

Sometimes the food is hot and fresh and other time's you wouldn't feed it to your dog and that's begin honest about this place v if you use the drive through make sure before you leave the car park get your docket and check your orders because it will be 9 times out 10 things missing like the other night ordered 8 meals all. With drinks only got 6 had to ask were the other 2 drinks were had whole meals missing chips cold even after beginning told to park as the orders had to be done fresh I've been given the ice cream before the meals and very nicely said no thank you I'll have it all together as the ice creams will be all melted before the hot for comes out it doesn't matter which fast food place it is they all get it wrong some how some were inside the place seems clean but looks can be deceiving

The very first thing I got my food in 15 mins and the order was only two burgers and chips. Secondly dining is already ready to close at 8:30pm chairs are up mop buckets is out with chemicals on front counter. Kids are playing in dining what if someone get hurt or touch mop bucket???? After asking the manager he rudely said sorry and I’ll inform crew. Not even reacting at moment and not taking care of mop bucket. I have worked at hj and I know what are the process and when you can close dining so don’t try to teach instead work on your mistakes. I feel sad for customers who get staff like these. And oh by the way I’m missing my chips. Ordered two got one. Overall disgusting. Time of incident : 8:30 pm 21/12/21
