Richard was prompt in returning my message and attended to service our evaporative cooling system on the next business day. He was punctual, communicated clearly about what he was doing and charged reasonably for his services. All in all, it was an excellent experience, and I would certainly use his services again. Outstanding service!I had a quote and booking for the detection and repair of a water leak, near my meter, along with a new shower head installation.This became an urgent situation, on a Saturday, when the leak became bad enough to warrant turning off the mains.I updated Richard and he arrived within a short time to efficiently detect and repair the leak - and he also then dealt with the shower head.I didn’t expect this level of speedy and thoughtful service on a weekend - and for the same original quoted price!I can highly recommend All About Plumbing & Gasfitting. They were recommended to me - and I’d like to pay that forward.
