An excellent job , undertaken in extreme heat prior to a family event where the gate was crucial to the events of the day. The diligence and attention to detail on this job deserves laudatory comment. The estimate was accurate, the product was accurately specified for the job and the timekeeping ensured our event went ahead with no concerns. After-sales service has also been excellent. There are many companies out there these days that leave you doubting, but I'm pleased to say that Reece's firm is not one of them .Highly Recommended

Beyond incompetent, they completely stuffed the gate installation up at 418 Murray Street.The system is constantly broken and either the cars are trapped in the carpark or the gates remain open (not ideal in a inner city location).Clearly you installed the wrong equipment and mis-specified the job or the install was completed incorrectly. Please finish the job you were paid to do.

Our strata complex had ongoing issues for a protracted period of time with perimeter gates impacting on security. Reece from Alison’s Electrical Technology worked with us to find suitable solutions to various issues and not only are our gates working wonders, it’s reassuring that our security Is tightened. Reece was great to deal with, staying til after 7pm 1 evening to ensure the work was done to resident satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Alison Electrical Technology have provided our complex with innovative and effective solutions to access and intercom issues not included by the developers. Contractors beware. We have an outstanding invoice with this company for excavation services, overdue 3 months. After missing multiple promised deadlines to pay and now not responding to phone or email they have demonstrated they have no intention to pay.Edit: Finally paid after 270 days.

Charged me $660 to replace two worm drive brass bolts on a Nice dual motor set up, arrived with one of the brass bolts being the wrong thread count, no grease, no rags to clean up. Then severed the motor signal cable when re-assembling one motor, a day later it stopped working but wanted another $130 call out to asses their own work. Terrible.
