Very poor shopping experience, we bought a bed and mattress, waited a month for the bed and gave us a bed that was obviously a sample, many flaws, a month ago, told us the new bed arrived, we waited at home whole day, but they didn't come to deliver it in the end, saying that they made a mistake in the style. Their service is really bad, and the price is very expensive, don't go to buy anythings!

If you want a really really good mattress , trust me people, this is the place to be. We been to regal sleep solutions, and forty winks before going to them but when we went to elegant we got it what we really wanted. This is the place for a very reasonable and a quality mattresses. They have got a huge range of mattresses. They are not at all expensive as fortywinks or regal is. We got extra firm backcare mattress from them around 4 years back and now we got the same mattress from them for our second bedroom. The only reason we wanted the same mattress is because it is firm and we havent had any complaint so far. Very very satisfied with our purchase.
