I'm heavily pregnant and have had trouble finding rapid antigen tests. My husband went to this pharmacy near his work, and they not only managed to secure a couple for us, but called my husband to let them know when they were in store and that they would hold them for us. They easily could have just sold them to the next walk in customer, but instead took the time to call us and hold the stock. The staff deserve the credit for little things like this, as I recognise the extra pressure on staff and high demand for stock pharmacy staff are currently experiencing (and have been experiencing continuously since this whole pandemic started.) That's really good customer service and I'm so incredibly grateful. Thanks so much to you all. I know it was only a couple of tests, but it's given me great peace of mind to know that in these last few weeks of pregnancy, with the current rate of positive cases in NSW, that I can remain isolated and not have to queue at any testing centres. I appreciate it so much.

Wonderful pharmacy, friendly knowledgeable pharmacist Ray, went out of his way to help me with medication for my Dad. They are also a parcel point location for parcel drop off but I will be making them my regular pharmacy. Thank you Ray
