My sister went in today waiting 10 minutes in front of reception which with no receptionist in sight. Walked down the hallway to find someone to speak to being told her referral through email on her phone she’ll have to pay for to get seen not having a hard copy on her at the time. She needed to plaster her hand after a sport injury and said she can come back with a hard copy before an hour before they close only to be told they won’t be there with everyone going out for lunch but gave a card to book an appointment. Absolutely unprofessional and a disgusting attitude which had my sister coming back to the car in tears. There are much better ways to go about booking appointments instead of talking about an outing that’s more prioritised than others who walk into the office.

Had an accident few years ago, the team at focus health and physioclinic got me off the wheelchair and helped me get back to my life. Thanks guys.

Tienna is an amazing Chiro. Treatment greatly helped ease my Bursitis in the shoulder. Going for ongoing sessions.

Tienna is the greatest chiro I've ever met. She knows how to pin point exactly where the tightness is at and able to rectify the muscle that needs looking at. She is always smiling and is dedicated to her duties and making her client feel comfortable.

Amazing practice and very honest & reliable. I originally went for a physio appointment but unfortunately my back was so bad, I was advised to see their chiropractor instead.I was scared at first due to the videos I have seen online and such, but their chiro, Tienna, is nothing but helpful, thorough and reassuring! I have been going for more than a month now and I absolutely look forward to my appointments for adjustments.Highly recommend!
