Friendly staff who listened to what I needed in a bed instead of trying to oversell like others. And turn me off. I would go ba k their for a bed again. The prices are pretty good.

Dropped into this store quite by accident. A friend purchased a beautiful bed at an amazing price. I told Scott my sad story about a removal company losing the legs, remote, power pack and bar from my electric bed. I'd been trying for almost 3 months to get this resolved, without success. Scott listened, found the parts, raised an invoice (removalists had no choice but to pay up) and within a week, my bed is restored. Incredible service. Would recommend this store to everyone! Kay.

The man working tonight was very rude to us. He tried to intimidate and embarrass us for wanting a double mattress. And when I said why, he told me I was wrong. He was extremely rude and I had to end up walking out of the shop and I certainly won't be buying a mattress there not ever recommending the shop to anyone. Not sure what the other staff were like but this man was just so rude. I have never had to walk out of a shop due to the shop keepers' behaviour.

Went in and talked to Scott tonight, amazing person with enough knowledge to satisfy my curiosity about mattresses, he was happy to talk about the different builds and encouraged me to test all his products to find what was right for me. I am very happy with the service I got thank you Scott.
