Melbourne City Apartments - TERI

I'm surprised to see the poor reviews. I've stayed here a couple times and found the manager, the owner, and the staff to be friendly and accommodating. Every time I've stayed here, I've arrived before check-in, I've been able to leave my belongings in the office and head to Aldi for a shop. Each time I returned with my groceries, someone has offered to help me up with them. The last time I checked in, the owner offered me a drink and we had a really nice chat while my room was being readied. (The room was ready before check-in.)My room was quiet, no problems with water pressure, etc. I like being able to use the laundry and return home with clean clothes. This is a great location, I walk most places and take the train/ light rail easily from here if I need to.As soon as I'm back to Australia, I'll be staying here again. And I would recommend.

We stayed there in January 2023 and rang a few days before arrival as we were going to have a late check in.The receptionist told us that we would be emailed the late check in instructions on the day of check in.Come the day we still hadn’t received any instructions, but probably should have rang again early on the day.After arriving in Melbourne I rang several times with no answer.We arrived there late at night and there was no on in attendance and all calls went unanswered.We had to pay about $300 to stay somewhere else nearby.When we turned up at the Teri apartments the guy on duty told us that the receptionist who was offshore had been put into hospital in her country.No one had obviously followed up her job to send out the instructions.So we are down one nights rates at the Teri plus the rates we paid at another hotel for one night.We’ve had no refunds and Flightcentre has given up trying to talk to anyone connected with the Teri.Totally useless.

Had a fantastic stay with my wife here, the views from all around are spectacular! Very spacious layout and really convenient location. Really appreciated the great service provided by Blake and Luke. Many thanks Warren.

Fabulous overnight stay! I was very satisfied with all aspects of my stay. Lovely friendly and helpful couple who run the business, checked me in early, sorted me out with parking, and even gave me a late checkout. Thanks guys, this really helped. Also, the studio apartment on the ground floor was fantastic! Great location and ease of access, spacious, bright and very clean. I was only there overnight, but if staying for longer, this accom had everything I would have required. Spacious bathroom with washer and dryer, full kitchen, fridge and cooking facilities. Very comfy bed, and nice linen. Really happy with this one, I`ll be back again when I`m working in Melbourne. Such great value too, very happy with the price. Thanks guys and well done!

We arrived early to Melbourne for a family funeral. We had booked two apartments and asked if we could have an early check in for one so we could get ready after a long drive. Not only was this taken care of, we were upgraded to the magnificent penthouse suite. We found staff to be exceptionally understanding and very obliging. Great location too, walking distance to the markets and good coffee next door. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful apartments with plenty of space for a single or a couple. Large balcony with great view of the city. Perfectly located right next to Clarendon St and across from the Market Hotel.Definitely enjoyed my stay.

I saw there are a lot of mixed reviews. Our experience was excellent. The building is new, nice modern fit out and interior, well equipped. Walking distance to supermarket and close to CBD. Staff were friendly and responsive to my queries about reserving parking & early checkout. We only stayed one night, but would stay again. Pricing was on the money for such a new building in a convenient location.

It is at a prime location. The rooms are clean and tidy. It is evident that it is well maintained. Our shower flooded though. A little lack of detail; they only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper and no extra trash bags.There are many reviews stating unfriendly staff and such...unfortunately for them it is true. The staff is cold and the manager's attitude is less than friendly. One feels like they act as if they are doing us a favor checking us in. One of their terms and conditions stated that if we stay 1 minute past 10am they will charge us one days worth. Well, we got there early and waited, but no staff turned up. We dropped the key back through their key return hole.

If you're thinking about booking here, absolutely do not bother. In fact if this is the last option in Melbourne to sleep, choose to sleep in your car instead.
