The room we got first, the air cons were full of mould. After 2 days moved us to another room. This room wasn’t used often and it was obvious and confirmed by staff. The lounge air con became a waterfall with water dripping out extremely fast drenching the carpet and the sofa bed. They came to fix it and had to come back again to do the job properly. 2 disabled parking bays but only 1 available with 1 room ( there are multiple accessible rooms). Manager givesAbled persons permission to park in a disabled sign posted Paid parking bay. Manager is very argumentative, loud and spoke condescendingly to us on more than 1 occasion.

Highly Recommend. I arrived late into Townsville and luckily came across ACR Townsville. Reception Staff were very helpful and recommended a great steak house across the road for dinner. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Will Definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Townsville.

If you enjoy cold showers .you can't go past this place.No one around after six pm to help.But upon checking out next morning was told that they would get someone to look at straight away. I thought that be very good for when the next people to move in.Recommend checking water temperature before everyone goes home.Won't be staying here again.

Over priced!! Very uncomfortable bed and dust all over blinds. Room and Pool needs a decent clean.

Cockroach on arrival I had to kill. Then there were lots of small ants throughout the room for the rest of the stay. I tried to get them to clean the room to get rid of the dead insects at least, but they failed to clean it once during my 6 days there. I get that companies are being environmentally conscious, but when I ask for dead insects to be taken away and the room cleaned of pests it's not unreasonable. Really disappointing. The pool was excellent on the other hand, hence not 1 star.

BE WARNED, book somewhere else! “It’s a dump”, its best years are way past. No wonder Quest gave it away. This is not a hotel, it’s become long term FIFO accommodation. No in room door security, anyone with a key can come in whilst you’re asleep or in the shower. A/C doesn’t work, no room service, no new towels or clean up on weekends, one bedroom apartments windows open up onto the hallway! No privacy or security! No fly screens on windows or doors (that’s fun with no A/C). Upon arrival they’ll sting you for $25 per night “security parking” (gates don’t work), they hand you a paper to put on your windscreen so you don’t get towed away. They wouldn’t need to do this if it was really secure parking! They take away your credit card and drivers license to a back room when checking in, I can’t wait for that to be hacked! You need a ladder to get into the shower over bath tubs. Wires dangling from the ceiling and builders leaving wall cut outs all over the place. And best off all they will call you after online booking and then ask again several times whilst checking “why are you in Townsville”, just rude and intrusive really. Hotel/Motel accomodation in this quality range are $75-100 per night. It’s a rip off given the poor quality and service of this property!

Fantastic location, nice to have a washer & dryer and kitchenette. Great choice of restaurants nearby. Nice view from the room.

Great service Great view from Balcony only issue is if an event is next to it area is extremely busy and customers from busy restaurants tend to come park. It took me an hour driving around to wait for someone to leave.And no there wasn't any parks within 5 blocks that were safe.Sad because this place is brilliant.
