From the out side looking at the plain facade you wouldn’t realise this store contains so many delightful cakes, biscuits, and specialty items. They even have ice cream.I was impressed by the freshness of the biscuits I purchased, $15 for a half kilo box of assortment; the helpful customer service lady hand picked a various assortment which was plastic sealed before I left the shop.It was disappointing the shop is cash only (no EFPOS) they have an in store ATM which charges $2 per transaction - “not cool”.The donuts are very popular, I arrived just after lunch and they were all gone.I will be visiting again to try more of the delights.

Based on the biscuits and small items I had. Pretty good.Cannoli wasn't super fresh but OK, did go at the end of the day though so maybe they were sitting around all day. The rum ball was the winner. Macarons were a little different, dense and filling.The cakes looked great. But reading the reviews it can be either fresh or frozen/dry and yucky. I'll have to try it out to provide my own verdict.For the meantime, it's 4 out of 5. Excellent selection of everything.

Disgusting how you still operate.... ordered white mud cake and visually the cake was nice but not exactly what I ordered. Upon cutting the cake it fell apart crumbling and definitely didn't look like white mud. Overcooked dry cake that looked like caramel mud no layers of ganache between the cake and the outside of cake smelt awful. Called and gave negative feedback was asked to come in and bring the cake upon doing so said that was their version of white mud justifying that the cake was moist and they had not received any complaints except me. The offered $50 refund for the ganache after paying $275 for a cake the was inedible.You have definitely lost my business and will make sure that everyone knows how bad your cakes are.....If you want cheap disgusting cakes with a high price go to Eiffel Tower! Oops I meant Awful Tower!If I could rate zero I would....

Order a love heart cake for my birthday, all my friends have recommended this business but i’m so disappointed!! i’ve emailed them and called, we discussed shape, size, colour etc but they unfortunately made my birthday cake wrong! wrong size, colour and font!!

Worst pavlova ever. Ordered a pavlova online to pickup Christmas Eve. Firstly had to wait 30 minutes in the queue to pickup. Queue for non online orders was definitely moving quicker. Secondly pavlova was not fresh, ( was put into fridge as soon as I got home, I even covered top with glad wrap as fruit didn’t look that fresh). Pavlova just crumbled as I cut into it on Christmas day, it was dry and extremely sugary. Guests commented that a Coles pavlova would have been better also cheaper, which I had to agree. I could have put fresh fruit and cream on myself, in fact I could have baked a better pavlova. Will never order a cake from Eiffel Tower again. Extremely disappointed customer.

Eiffel Tower went above and beyond with my engagement party cake. I absolutely loved it and it turned out better than I had imagined. Will definitely be returning to Eiffel Tower.
