If you want to be scammed, this is your right place! the place a 4/10 the space is so small that it seems that you are at school, almost side by side with the stranger next to you. Don't try to say anything because the whole restaurant will be able to hear you. so to consider is the least private restaurant to have a romantic dinner. THE FOOD IS A JOKE. When you look at the dishes in the other reviews, you see large plates because the table is so small that even a small plate looks big. It's a minimalist concept that just because it wants to look like a luxury place ends up being a scam. and the genius of the waiter LOVES TO SCAM WITH THE WATER not only me to all the tables. If you want my opinion DO NOT GO because when you leave you will realize that you WILL NEVER COME BACK. a and it is worth noting that the price is insane, especially when they bring you the food, nothing is fresh. I RECOMMEND THE INCREDIBLE RESTAURANT THAT IS ON THE HAND ACROSS. “Café Toscano” beats this awful place by far.

Small place, small menu. Pleasant setting but quite overpriced for what we experienced as pretty mediocre food. We only had main courses - Duck a l'orange had small duck breast fillets with not enough sauce and we had a pretty bland pasta dish, with no option of asking for any additional sauce or seasonings.We were charged for speciality bottled water - 3 bottles (when we were only served 2), and the (virtually all imported) wines were severly overpriced at $16-17 per glass.The meal was certainly not worth the almost $200 we paid for the three of us.

A truly incredible meal in a perfectly crafted restaurant. The food is divine, with so many mouth watering choices its hard not to order everything on the menu!! I have been to several dinners and lunches and always have a sensational experience. The service is wonderful and the wine list is excellent. il Salone delivers what Forster has always needed, a truly modern and delicious dining experience and is a must stop for visitors, and a regular spot for locals alike. Our favorite restaurant in Forster!!

Beautiful food, exceptional service and great views. Every mouthful had myself and my partner in awe. I’ve tried many five star restaurants, many with chefs hat awards and this place is one of the best restaurants I have been to so far. Well done to everyone who works here, especially the chef.

Haven’t left the restaurant yet but couldn’t wait to write an amazing review! This place is so underrated! The kindest and most attentive staff and having the chef personally address your table with a complimentary appetiser was a great way to begin the amazing food journey! We Couldn’t suggest this place anymore for a special night out!Thank you!!

Great food experience 6 stars out of 5. The food is really delicious and well balanced. The place is missing out on own bathroom so you need to get keys and go level up. Also we have been waiting for a while to be seated.

We dined there on the way to Port Macquarie.Small, cozy restaurant with great food & service. We tried couple of entree’, the mains & desert menu, everything was delicious.Thank you
