Purchased XTAR VC2 and 2x 18650 batteries (Samsung 30Q and Sony VTC6). Shipped via courier (Fastaway), got emails from LANplus and Fastaway during shipping process. Fastaway delivered today (a Sunday!).Package was secure in bubble wrap, each 18650 came in own nice card/paper box. XTAR box is also very sturdy/quality card.Overall, great products (appear genuine) and great packaging.

Ordered Sony VTC6A 18650 and they are completely fake . Can't use them as they could be rewrapped anything .

On the off-chance, I rang to see whether they did motorcycle starter batteries - and yes - they helped me there too. Most recently, I noticed that they had a range of ebikes and bought one of them as well. What a little cracker! I bought a 48v and a 36v electric bicycle from LanPlus a number of years ago, both batteries turned out to be of excelent quality, the original buying price had been extremely comparative, the excelent performance of the bike batteries during the past 5 years proved that both were a bargain at the price paid.I called over to Lanplus today, dealt with the same gent I did years ago, and purchased 4 x 200ah LifePo4 batteries with built in BMS, and Bluetooth monitoring for a Motorhome project.Once again, I received excelent service, the batteries look sturdy construction and high quality, each ones voltage measured exactly the same as the other 3, they come with 3 year replacement warranty, from Lanplus, a company and people whom have certainly proved in my case, to supply top quality products, excelent personal customer service, and extremely comparative product pricing. I will be adding another 2 x 200ah Li batteries to this motorhome shortly, and also looking at replacing the very heavy 24v 1000ah AGM house battery bank of our other motor home, with about 800ah at 24v Li batteries from Lanplus.I highly reccomend this company, and vouch for the excelent quality of their Lithium Po4 batteries.

We were delighted with Lanplus. Ordered some batteries that we just couldn't find in the shops in Sydney and they were very very reasonable. They included postage in the price. The batteries were sent out immediately. Great work Lanplus!! I will definitely order from you again.

I needed batteries for my motor but have no idea which ones I needed. These guys took the time to explain all the suitable products and even went out of their way to make sure the batteries I was buying was compatible with my devices. Would highly recommend!
