I needed a sink that is not a stock item for Mr Sink but they ordered it in for me on a Thursday & it was delivered to the warehouse Friday. I got a prompt message of its arrival & the pick up was efficient & friendly.

Terrible - to be avoided. Incompetent or very sly. We ordered a vanity top and a Zeovola toilet and paid for both upfront. When we picked them up we were provided with an Ariette toilet (different size and an inferior product). After arguing with the staff who first claimed that we had ordered the Arriette - which was impossible as while the Zeovola was on display the Arriette was not displayed so there is no way we could have chosen it. Staff then bizarrely argued that they were identical products which was clearly untrue. They did do a refund/ return on the toilet after we insisted. We gave the sink (in non-labelled box) a far quicker inspection, unfortunately only to discover later that it too a different product to ordered (same shape but shallower than the one we'd chosen). We discovered this too late as the builder had installed this by the time we realised. Awful experience.

Very disappointing. Communication was terrible. I was left waiting weeks for my product that was advertised as in stock on website. Then they finally had the item and didn’t bother contacting me or sending it to me. It stalled my whole bathroom renovation and cost me much more. Buy elsewhere

We have found this business most suitable for our needs. They have a great range of bathroom/kitchen/laundry plumbing supplies. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We were helped by Lawrence first time and Christina on our second visit. Thanks guys.

Extremely helpful and friendly. I came in looking for an uncommonly sized tap aerator, as soon as the guy looked at it he knew exactly what size it was and got it for me straight away. Fits & works perfectly.

Great service when you're buying something but when things are faulty, need warranty or you just need assistance - forget it. Will not go back.
