Miss Brown Vintage Byron Bay

Had such a wonderful experience at Miss Brown at their Byron Bay location. Wonderful customer service! They helped my mother-in-law, 4 sister-in-laws and I find jeans, shorts and skirts that were flattering on all of our different body types. I would totally recommend.

I buy vintage all over the world. This store has an Incredible range of vintage clothes and really knowledgable and helpful staff.If you love vintage, make this store a necessary stop in byron bay.

Great cloths! But I don't know what the ladies working here are always so rude, I've had multiple staff be nasty when I ask questions about sizing or price. Weird and not byron vibes.

Asked a polite question and was blocked on their social media. Very rude staff and unhelpful. There are so many other beautiful vintage shops in Byron! Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.

Extremely rude staff! My partner and I entered the fairly quiet store on Monday to find a pair of denim shorts for myself. After selecting a few pairs to try on and headed towards the fitting room one of the staff asked my partner to leave the store as there were suddenly to many people in there instead of stopping new customers from entering, we made the staff aware that we were together and he wanted to buy the shorts for me so wanted to help me choose them. Very rudely they again asked him to leave and said he can’t stay in the store, ‘there are to many people now’ we asked to stay another five minutes to finish trying on that’s when the staff said we were ‘very rude’ and begin talking about us being rude between themselves for some time so we could hear. The staff were very rude and abrupt with their delivery extremely unprofessional and need more customer service training and people skills. Management needs to be made aware

Selection of clothes on offer fair and great if you are looking for some old style 80's jeans, skirt of shorts. But prices seem too rich for quality of merchandise on offer.
