Absolutely terrible terrible service! Family member has taken an old lock down to fix the key. Been back several times to get lock back and have been given excusses as to why it was not fixed. After 6 months was then told sorry everything gets chucked after 6 months but will have a look" its been almost 1 year now! And he still has not given the lock and keys back!"

Great guy, came within minutes to Mundy Street to unlock my front door and fix my jammed bedroom door. And not overcharging at the opportunity. Not sure why people would be so nasty, to give one star. This guy came, did the job and charged standard call out fee. What else do people expect from a locksmith.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the owner of the business. Refused to serve me with my child on my hip and served everyone behind me first!!!!!! Extremely unprofessional, rude and should not own a business.Never will I support this business again in this town.

lock the keys in a truck rand them at 7:30am and the truck was unlocked by 7:45am how good is that and only $50.00

Good bloke. I rang ahead while driving through and he stayed open for me until I got there, he cut me a new set of hilux keys and they work great. Also he has a funny story about another customer that leaves 1 star reviews.
