It is a hit and miss with representatives. You get told one thing verbally but then get advised something different in writing. They make the process of claims handling tiring and stressful

They do all they can to ghost you, leave you on hold, cant get through to correct person so you give up. It has been over one month and I still cannot get a reply to an email/claim or a representative to assist. They should be ashamed of them selves putting people through this sort of unnecessary stress.
