you order their items and expect it to be their own stuff. from other suppliers. honestly I couldve just ordered it directly from the supplier myself. then they dont honour their warranties

As someone mentioned before, really really bad customer service. Not returning email and if you call and leave message, never return the call. I have to keep calling every day to find out what is happening with my order. Still now no answer. Feels like they just taken your money but never send you product!UPDATE: so they finally apologise and explained there was a mix up. Again this was same case someone mentioned on this google review. Then they said they will use their own driver to specially deliver to us, but I paid $45 for freight and not even refunding this. What a joke!
