The service in this store is appalling I went to buy 2 dvd movies and when I got to the checkout there where 3 members of staff talking to one customer and then 2 of them left and left one to manage on there own so I put the dvd back on the shelf and walked out without buying anything when I got to the door there were 4 members of staff standing around talking and playing on there phone the price of the 2dvd were 70 dollars which might not be much to them but it makes you wonder how many times this happens so needless to say I won’t be going back again for anything so JB High fly you lost my custom

Staff starting tocbe immature, Sean is really nice, managers are really nice. Sales staff are acting as teens.

Confused service, I received an ok deal during the black Friday sales on a Samsung TV. However, I was originally informed the deal included free delivery and was shown a recent purchase order to show proof.I was later charged $50 dollars for delivery and told it included installation.2 days later the TV got dropped off and left in the box sitting in my longer room and had to set up myself.So I now guess, installation means; leaving in box at place of delivery!

I must be invisible? Do you even have customer service standards? Not one person asked if I needed a hand in the serval times I’ve been in this store. Was looking at ring security cameras and the rudest staff member said “why would you buy ring, eufy is so much better. You just wasted your money”. I’m sure suppliers would love to know that your staff are not recommending their products to customers. If you’re in a customer service role learn your job role.

I got my product pretty quickly. There was adequate staff to help everyone. Great advice on my stuff and it was on special. Very happy.

Very unprofessional and rude staffs this place has got. They need to work on their customer service so badly. Waited over 20 minutes for someone to attend to buy a Moto edge 20 5G. He had a rough look on the cupboard and said they got no stock and walked away. We them checked online and found that they actually got some stock in their store. Waited then another 20 minutes for another staff, he decided to have a look in the cupboard thorough and found the phone that we were after. Unfortunately, we realised that the memory is not extendable on that phone. We moved on and looked at other phone options we got. Soon found a phone that we liked, asked a staff if he could help us. He said one moment and walked off. Waited again 20 minutes for someone and then we walked out. No wonder people buy things online.Terrible customer service and attitude towards customers. Please train your staffs.

Such wonderful help & assistance from Lachlan. Sorted out all my phone needs with a smile. I'll be back. Great value for product.
