If you ever need to replace a broken roof tile...this is the best place to go for a replacement. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It hel po s if you bring along a sample. They are very reasonable with pricing....cant speak highly enough of them.

Very impressive service all around from KW Jacobs for a small order that saved us a lot of hassle.We needed some Swiss tiles for a 20yr old house that Boral told we could only 'pick up in Sydney', so it was great to be able to rock up here, only a little down the road, on a Friday afternoon, have a friendly greeting by someone who understood what we needed & dispatched a truck to check the other site straight away. 10 minutes later and I had a boot full of tiles at a good price from a friendly crew.Thanks, team - it's the service with a smile for a small number of tiles that impressed us the most. Very much appreciated & recommended.

I spoke over the phone with Adrian after 2 unanswered emails, I sent pictures and measurements and he said yes I have those tiles. I took a day off work and drove 300km to the shop only to find out he couldn't be bothered to measure or even look at the tiles. I was after concrete tiles and the ones he showed me were terracotta and 20mm longer. It was a bloody waste of my time and money! So after weeks trying to organize this and a 600km round trip I am back to the start!!
