This place is horrifying, anyone who rates it as good is either an employee there or VERY VERY lucky. Multiple people have had their hair absolutely fried by their so-called Shiseido hair straightening treatment. This treatment does not cause damage to hair and takes 4-5 hours to do. Their treatments comes out of a plain plastic bottle - no evidence that it is Shiseido and it damages the hair and makes it break and snap off. A woman had to get her waist length hair cut off after this treatment". Coupon websites are selling this claiming it's $540 value for only $99. DO NOT BUY THESE COUPONS and if you have bought one

Get my hair cut here regularly now. I'm a guy with thick and curly hair which hairdressers in the past often seem to struggle with. But Angela does a great job! The price is very affordable and she also does a pretty mean (great) fade!

I have been getting my hair chemically straightened here for about 5 years now and I love it, so many people can't even tell my straight hair isn't natural. It leaves my hair in great condition and make my hair so much easier to work with. Its such a calm and lovely place and can't see myself going anywhere else. I would recommend 100%

The negative reviews here belong to a time before Angela took over the Salon. I am definitely a customer. I have been going there to straighten and style my hair for about 6 years. She has always been professional and very caring to do great job. She is highly organised and does not overbook people as many places do. I go in with freezy hair and come out looking like a model. She changes my life in a good way. I come out o her salon looking and feeling fantastic. Her charges are fair and very good value.

I usually don't do reviews but I felt this needed one. I had a really good experience here at Cinderella.My brother and I moved to Camberwell from Sydeny last October. I had been going to the same hair stylist in Sydeny for over 4 years. I was very attached to both him and the way in which he colored and cut my hair.When we first moved to Camberwell, I did a thorough review of stylists on Google. I read all reviews for stylists located in Camberwell, where we live. I went to one of the top rated stylists first and had an unsuccessful experience.I then saw Cinderlla Salon and read all the reviews. I decided to try her salon for both cut and color. I should tell you that I have straight, thin hair. It looks great when cut evenly and it holds color well when good products are used. I've found it hard to find stylists who can cut straight hair well because you can see all imperfections.From my very first visit to Cinderella Salon, I felt very well attended to. Jen greeted me warmly and gave me an appointment that same day. I was lucky that Angelina, the owner was the person who had a free time slot. Angelina and her assistant were very efficient, but also very attentive to detail and worked really well together. Angelina reviewed the various color options and worked with me to find the perfect color. After the color, Ange cut my hair. I never had layers before but I decided it was time for a change. The cut was great!Good price and quick, good service. Would definitely return!

I have been having my hair cut several times a year by Angelina for more than 5 years. She is great with everything, from taking/managing bookings and appointments to terrific hairdressing and having a lovely chat while you're in the chair.I highly recommend Angelina for anyone wanting a haircut/trim at a good price. Highly, HIGHLY suggest you consider this salon! We arrived with a botched home job done by yours truly and were rushed in at 5:30PM and kept the poor hairdresser back until almost 9:00!She was LOVELY and by the end of the night, my friends hair had never looked so gorgeous. She went from a blotchy bronze/brown with a bad hit of pastel pink at the top to a cover girl almost platinum blonde, and afterwards, the price came to LESS than what I had paid for at another stylist for half the amount of hair and less bleach.The hairdresser was a lovely, exuberant professional and I will be booking myself in ASAP.
