Neil Baily's and his staff were amazing when i took my car into them. i 'don't know a whole lot about cars and they were nothing but helpful in finding and helping me fix the problem! they showed me exactly what was wrong and fixed it in a timely manor. i will defiantly be going back and would recommend them for all electrical services they were efficient, well priced and their customer service was impeccable!

Brought the car to fix ACFew weeks after repair had water under driver seatBrought the car twice to be checked to be told it had been thoroughly checked and it could not be ACI brought it to Volvo. They immediately found it was the AC drainage that was the issue. Problem fixed… but $800 extra cost !

I am a new driver and know very little about cars. I used to turn my car and and be on the go straight away. It would stall for 15 minutes. All it needed was to be warmed up" I had no idea. I took it to "Neil Bailey's Auto Electrical service" did some shopping when I came back Neil had told me that it had an issue where it was losing communication with the computer which was a lie. He quoted that it would cost over a grand and that he needed to take the battery out and have the car for a day. I told my friend who then told me to take my car to his mechanic

Amazing and efficient work. Rocked up with my cars electricals completely dead, had it fixed fast and effectively. Just charged me for the parts that were replaced.Highly recommend, and will 100% be bringing my vehicle here in the future.

Found out the hard and expensive way that the negative reviews are true. I paid for a small problem to be fixed, they had my car all day and then few hrs after picking my car up the issue came back. Not happy at all with the attitude and response when I called to let them know so taking my business elsewhere. I’d avoid at all costs.Came to find out when I went elsewhere that I was also charged 3x the price of what it should’ve cost me and the job ultimately wasn’t even done.

They offer auto-electrical services like the old times. They listened to the problems and fixed my electrical wiring in a couple of hours. Did not over-charge like other places. Highly recommended. Talk to Brody there!
