Jims cleaning im not sure what to say except they are the most brilliant lot of people that I have ever met in my life they understand they don't judge and there work is impeccable I'd suggest them to anyone.

Got a quote done, we were happy with the quote and were happy to go ahead and had booked a date.. when it came time to the booking, we didn’t receive any contact leading up to the appointment, no reminders or follow up calls, there fore being busy we had forgotten and our workers had finished for the day, therefore there was no one to lock up after them and the guy who turned up that we spoke to was fine about that.. 2 hrs later the owner contacts me, going off his tree at me for no one being there, now I understand that we made a mistake by forgetting and I was very apologetic to him over the phone I was not once rude to him apart from telling him that he doesn’t need to speak to me like that, as I do know being a business owners wife and working in the company how stressful and annoying it can be when a customer isn’t home when you turn up, but that does not mean you need to be disrespectful and abusive to some one over the phone.. I tried to launch a complaint with the head office and still got the blame for this guy speaking disrespectfully to myself. What a joke, I will never use or recommend this company again.

Do not use! Had them for a year to do weekly house cleanings and staff would be on their phones or talking to each other being loud. Also had carpet cleaning done by them.. what a joke that was $560 down the drain for a subpar job. Umesh and Iona have no customer service experiences what so ever. Don’t admit to their mistakes and just excuses after excuses. Go somewhere else. Trust the reviews.

Umesh and the crew did a very good job on my property with very little notice. The attention to detail was very good extremely grateful.

Had a bond clean done by Jim’s Cleaning. Umesh is such a kind lovely man, so easy to talk to. A few little things were missed but they went straight back and fixed them up for me no ifs or buts! Would highly recommend, they make the whole process stress free!!

They went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute bond clean request - had cleaners there within 24 hours. The clean itself was okay - the skirtings, window tracks and behind the doors were all missed. I fixed these myself as it wasn’t a big job. The exit report picked up a few extra things, and when I let the company know, they had someone there on the same day to correct them all (they also would have done this for the initial missed bits if I’d asked them to). Customer service has been excellent and very responsive throughout, and is what bumped my review from three stars to four. I would be very specific about what you want done - eg inside the bins, outside areas, etc. After they went back to correct those few mistakes, I got my entire bond amount refunded.

HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!! Umesh, Iona and all the team are very proffessional at what they do. Whether it be a cleaning service or mowing service, the team do an A+ job at a very reasonable cost. Mind you, you get what you pay for and I got an EXCELLENT job done. Thankyou to you all, we will always go to you guys first EVERYTIME!! Thankyou Umesh !!

‘Jim’s Cleaning’ perform weekly Domestic cleaning at my three bedroomed residence. The staff work diligently and effectively in the carrying out of their regular duties.It is never too much for them to perform added tasks if required during their timeframe.I have recently been most impressed by the staff working on a lengthy one-off “Spring Clean” involving the deep cleaning of large areas of pebblecrete, outside walls, windows (both inside and out), tracks and flyscreens), fans and air conditioners.The staff are helpful, accommodating and always go ‘the extra mile’.Thank you ‘Jim’s Cleaning’. Highly to be recommended !!
