We have sold two properties over the years with Squires Real Estate and could not be happier with the result that was achieved. Both sale prices exceeded our expectations and the professionalism of Roxanne and Jamie was fantastic. We put our trust in them and were not disappointed. The fact that there was NO cost to us if we didn't sell was a dream - as we knew we were in complete control of the sale and would never be out of pocket. Highly recommend and will use again.

If I could rate less than a 1 I would. Roxanne had the property for 3 months and not a single offer. Also spread gossip to buyers about our personal life.Went with another agent who had the property sold in 2 weeks to a buyer Roxanne had shown it to!!Obviously she was not working in our favour.Would never recommend squires to anyone.

Jamie and Lauren were totally professional, making our sale a stress-free experience. Sold in four days with no home open for the price that we wanted in today's property market. What more could we want? If in doubt, no upfront costs and Jenman Approved" should make the decision easy. Also

I like reading google reviews so when we were considering Squires Real Estate to sell our property the one star review here initially worried me. We gave this company a chance anyway... BEST decision I have ever made.From the moment Roxanne came to appraise our home and every moment of what should have been a stressful process to sell it... we have been impressed.If you are considering a real estate agent I think by all means read these reviews but then make up your own mind and go have a chat.What impressed me?1. The ethical agreement.Who ever heard of an ethical real estate agent? I must admit I was skeptical. But then at first meeting everything was so transparent. Roxy showed us her fees upfront (when they say you don't pay unless you sell that is an honest claim). So from day dot we knew what it would cost.We recieved a very realistic and thorough appraisal. My inlaws had a horrible experience elsewhere of being appraised high just to secure the sale so we were wary. Needn't have been. Roxy was bluntly honest and we respected that.At every stage of this process we have been treated openly and honestly.2. Customer Service.Cannot stress enough how excellent the customer service and experience was. We were not just a number or a house. We were treated as people who matter. An example? I have two small kids. Preparing a house for inspection is very very hard with littlies. Someone visiting the house just to have a look" is a waste of my hard work. Roxanne respected my time and effort.She was very clear to potential buyers of the features in the home (for example not being able to drive into the shed given its position). This meant the people who viewed it were REAL buyers. This may not seem vital but for me managing the house at "home open presentation" with little kids was exhausting. So I appreciated this kindness.3. Sound and clear advice and communicationEvery piece of advice has been solid. From deciding on a realistic sale price to the areas in the house that needed work. We have found the communication to be above all of our expectations. Roxanne was very practical for example me hiring a machine to clean the tiles was worth the effort and small cost

Roxy is a vibrant, bubbly, effervescent character who helped my elderly father purchase a property in maylands. Highly professional and reliable. I would definitely recommend herself & Squires real estate team for buying properties or selling a property.

Jamie was great. Totally non pushy and completely genuine, he guided us throughout the process of buying and actually forged a personal relationship with my wife and I by sharing anecdotes from when he was a young parent in Sydney. Jamie was friendly and reassuring and even gave us a very expensive bottle of French champagne to celebrate our new house. When we first came to inspect the property we ended up buying, he pushed our oldest daughter (3) on the swing. Jamie left us to our own devices unless we asked questions unlike other agents who weirdly follow you around the house like a shadow. If I had the money I’d buy another house through Squires RE.
