Seriously unhappy, possibly the worst haircut we have both had in 10 years, my friend laughed at me when she saw me tonight no joke, and now i have to present this mug to my friends at lunch tomorrow.I had asked to not cut my widdows peak too high and the hair around it too short, (i am one of those unfortunate souls who is dealing with male pattern baldness, bolstered by finasteride minoxidil and spironolactone. ) then what do you know the clippers go right up high and the razor goes right up into the peak. Also my beard and side burns where cut away from each other so i have shaved off my beard now. Not the look i was going for.I exasperated when he did this and his response was you have nothing to worry about you have heaps of hair, i said gees your being too kind, it only takes a stressor to have all the new hair fall out again, so you can see the reason i like to have more on top.Firstly i want my hair cut how i want my hair cut and appreciate being heard.Secondly paying attention to the new guys hair cutting ability who my mate is getting his hair cut by, doesn't make you feel attended to or heard.Thirdly the guy who is new (whos first day was today 24 2 2023 was actually a far better barber but still not so great, as my mate is also greatly unhappy with his haircut too.If only the cuts looked as good as the salon does.Robert Tidory would never have done this, almost a refund experience.Greatly disappointed i look effed up like Bert from Sesame street

This place is fantastic! Took my son here today and was very impressed. Usually getting his hair cut is stressful because he’s high functioning ASD with sensory issues as well and for this reason I have been hesitant to take him to a barber but this was possibly the smoothest and easiest experience we’ve ever had!I love that it’s close to home and definitely reasonably priced as well. They gave him a chuppa chup at the end too.Will 100% be returning here again.

Well first time I use these guys in the area, got my haircut perfectly right, great fade, perfect clip and scissors up top, just highlighted exactly what I needed.And the beard trim topped it off.And the service was really engaging and asked the right questionsWon't be using anyone else from here on.Thanks guys great to have such experienced Barbers in the area.
