Went in for brunch today with a friend. The shop wasn't that busy, so was nice to sit down and it not be crowded....We both ordered and paid using the QR code on our table...I ordered an omelette and an iced tea... Drinks came out pretty fast... It wasn't very tasty at all, but oh well, I was hungry and just wanted the omelette.... My friends food came out, so I thought mine wouldn't be that far behind.... I waited for 30mins before going up and requesting a refund... 30mins for a ham, cheese and tomato omelette is ridiculous!! My friend had eaten her food already...Will not go back here, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.

Can’t really rate food I never received!! Paid using the table QR code for drinks and food for two. Ten mins and drinks arrive. Meanwhile at least five other tables arrive, order, eat and leave. We query our meals. Takes a waitress and whoever is in charge to come ask us what we ordered and say they’ll have it to us asap and this apparently has happened a few times with the QR code now?! Wait and observe another two tables arrive, eat and leave. We had to be somewhere and hadn’t anticipated waiting so long to eat that we would be late. We asked for a refund and we’re told that because we paid on the QR code, we couldn’t get a refund in store but ‘use the app’ - it’s not an app it’s a website!! So I attempt to contact the coffee club Australia twice since then and get no response. Shameful!

My sister and I are both Celiac and I am having a major surgery next week, which means I’m on a very strict diet with a long list of foods I cannot have. I ordered a salad and there we’re a few things I had to remove and ask them to replace it with other ingredients (eg, instead of the pesto dressing I asked for a teaspoon of olive oil). Not only did the staff listen to me and give me exactly what I ordered, but they also lowered the price of the salads.My sister ordered an omelet, and although there was only a couple of gluten free options, the omelette was delicious and they also lowered the price for her as she cannot have the toast. The lovely lady serving us (I think her name was Geneva) was so patient and understanding, even though it was a busy time of the day. I only wish I had known about this service earlier and I would have come to eat more salads before my surgery.The only fault I could find is that there was not too many Gluten Free options, however the options that were there, could be throughly enjoyed.

Food is very tasty. Often quite busy but proba ly because of the consistent good quality. Good options for burgers and chips or healthy options if you're into it.

after ordering i waited 30 minutes before asking where my meal was as the person infront had just finished eating theres - the kitchen said there was no order- the staff checked and said we gave it to the wrong person sorry we will get you it soon. i waited another 10 minutes before i got my food with no real compensation for waiting that long just an apology - if you want good service go to dome

food came out quickly but the food was dry untasteful, my dad asked for it to be taken back to the kitchen then chef came out and said rudely “i made this there is definitely cheese in it” when there was clearly no cheese, the coffee was served no sugar no tissues and no spoon, the iced latter was watered down and untasteful. i will definitely not be back.

Chicken Caesar Salad. The chicken was dry and sparse. The salad as a whole was pretty tasty but the chicken was a total disappointment and it took over 35 minutes to arrive at our table. I’ve been here about a year ago and loved the food. They’ve changed the menu, the service has gone down and the food not near as good in quality.

Ordered a coffee and Brekkie burger. Coffee came 10mins before burger. No sugar, spoon or serviette. Burger was swimming in sauce and relish. Unable to eat it. Bun was soggy. Again, no cutlery given. Definitely won't go back

Triple flat white was weak ,Like a bad McDonald's coffee 10 years ago.( McDonald's is better than this now )Beans are weak , coffee cold , toasted croissant was microwaved , .Jamaicblue is much better
