Amazing service, very kind and helpful. I was so impressed by the beautiful flowers I bought as gifts for friends. I walked in on my lunch break and the gorgeous bouquets were made up in front of me and we chatted the whole time Would highly recommend to anyone.

The team has been nothing but outstanding! Everyone in our wedding are so impressed by the beautiful flowers and stunning work they have done!How stunning are the flowers!  I love the colours, choice of flowers, and I managed to do some of the girls bouquets myself, and we discussed how to tie everything together really nicely, and it worked so well!Highly recommending them to anyone!

I ordered two bouquets and decorative arrangements for my wedding. They were gorgeous and matched my bridesmaid and husband's suits beautifully - which was no easy task. I would give WRB 5 stars for the quality of the bouquets and for the delivery of the agreed services on time. Unfortunately the cost of the bouquets was significantly higher than the original quote and by the time it was raised with us, it was too late to change suppliers. We questioned the cost increase and it seemed different members of staff had varying ideas on how much the arrangements should cost with no transparency as to why. We were finally able to bring the price down, nearly as low as the original quote, but that was after: numerous emails, phone calls and visits to the store; removal of one of the floral arrangements; and agreeing to pick up some of the flowers ourselves on the wedding day.
