Inspire 2 Pilates and Fitness

I'm finally home after hours of being stuck in traffic and searching forever for a car park that never came, and realise that I'm feeling amazing!!! I had a Pilates session today with Antoinette... words just don't do justice to how healing and strengthening her sessions are... they honestly give me peace and courage to face anything all day. I feel so vibrant and straight, but more so, I am grateful to have such a knowledgeable and caring teacher. I can't thank you enough Antoinette!... and for all of you out there...at the risk of sounding like Molly! I have to say do yourself a favour"...just try one
