I purchased a bbq that did not come with the accessories that were shown with it on the showroom floor. The sales person claimed that the accessories came with the bbq. I asked for a refund/exchange or even an explanation but the store or head office did not care or assist. I spent big money and i would recommend that you do not make the same mistake i made by purchasing from bbq galore.

Had 2 different experiences here. The male staff were very friendly and helpfull but on another occation a female staff wasn't keen to do any work and brush us off.

We were looking for a special wood heater. Chris contacted us as his store had exactly what we wanted, re heater, but Flu not same colour, so supplied us with free cans of paint. Chris put together a full package, was extremely helpful, organizing everything for us, all at the right price. It is good to see very good customer service, in a good friendly and helpful manner. Seems the store only has large style BBQ, we ended up bought one from Bunnings. Staff seems lazy staying back behind the counter.

Logan was Exceptional today. When I walked in I asked for a particular Bbq. He spoke about a different bbq which I walked out with. I'm in sales and have been for 9 yrs and his level of professionalism made our buying experience fun. He up sold me on a cleaning bucket with extras in there to keep my new bbq clean. Great team and would recommend this shop. Well Done Logan keep up the good work.

Very helpful, until just about to buy when another customer tapped the staff member on the shoulder, mid sentence our very helpful guy, turned his back on us to help this customer. We walked out and the other customer followed soon after. You lost our sale and didn't gain a sale.Your staff need customer service training.

This was a good visit, just having a look at some of the newer bbq's out there. They do not have the old style flat plate that I had bought many years ago.But there are some amazing new styles to be used and bought from BBQ'S GALORE. It's a pity they do not make it anymore.I would get a different model, but I would have a bigger space for the ones I was looking at.If this review helped you please tick the blue hand and help me improve my google local guide status, thanks...
