I have had the best experience with this company today. I had a pair of pants that needed to be let down and have a false hem and my favourite expensive dress had a large rip on the elastic at the Empire line. Both items were immaculately sewn and I am so pleased with them. I totally recommend this company for their great service and their prices. Only $40 for this!

I have been going to Yvonne's for nearly 8 years and I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else! Their work is precise and they have the most amazing attention to detail. Every time I get something altered from the girls, it always turns out better than I imagined it would! They are a lovely bunch of ladies who always make me feel comfortable and confident in leaving my garments with them. I highly recommend Yvonne and the team!!

Yvonne is my go-to-girl for alterations. I buy reasonably expensive clothes and trust her completely if anything needs adjusting. If fact currently, she is basically remaking something for me. The front was lovely, but the back didn't hang right. After trying it on in her shop a couple of times and placing a few pins here and there, she asked me to leave it with her, and she'll sort something out.I can't wait to wear my new clothes.Thanks Yvonne.

Dropped in Monday for my partner. I found the lady to be rude. She said oh your pushing it to be done by Thursday. I said well he did come in on Saturday you said come back first thing I was there three minutes past opening time. Make sure you get the amount you pay before you leave. Otherwise she will add an extra $40 or so to the job.

They did a really great job fixing a rip in my dress so you'd never know it was there! I expected a bit of a markup from other alterations places I've tried since they have a great reputation and a location in a busy shopping centre - a location which is much more convenient for me - but it cost me $25 and only took a few days. I think that's pretty reasonable for such a great job(obvs price/time will depend on the material, difficulty of the job, etc so it might be different for you)

Rude service. Cost take up a basic skirt cost as much as I paid for the skirt itself. Do not use this service. Terrible customer service and pricing. Very rude to deal with.

The ladies were really friendly. However it cost $60 for a hem to be taken up. Which I found absolutely appalling as the dress only cost me $100. I have had many things altered, much more complicated and never in my life this expensive. I won't be going back. When I questioned the price they told me I should have asked for a quote. I feel like I was taken advantage of as I mentioned it was a bridesmaid dress.

I’ve taken several pieces of clothing to be adjusted / altered and have been extremely happy with the end results as well as their customer service.I was chatting to the owner and she told me she had been in business for 27 years, well you don’t last that long if you’re doing things wrong!Keep up the good work.
