I wouldn't recommend this agency to manage your property. They have no idea what they are doing and do the bear minimum just to get your payments. It all started by them recommending to put the wrong type of tenants in my house and once that happen they didn't manage to rescue the property from being completely destroyed. Long story short I had to fork out $45,000 to bring the property back to livable conditions once the tenants left. The agents failed on every front and didn't do the minimum as per their job to ensure the place is being maintained and managed to an acceptable standard.
