Chased down the road after zero customer service and questioned about the whereabouts of items I tried on. Items found on rack 30 sec later by other sales assistant. No apology. Never shop there again. Highly insulting.

Neck of the Woods
The people I've talked with have kept providing a great service. The Web has let them down when their site renamed and moved else where. Some how the Web continually returns the old site which causes confusion for the crafts people and buyers.
