Myself and my future wife shopped for our wedding rings for our upcoming wedding. Jules could not do enough for us, she was a delight to interact with and her knowledge of jewellery helped myself and Sara pick their best options. She was so friendly and happy, Martin was also awesome to work with. When we picked up our ordered rings Jules was again so helpful, she was very interested in our wedding and we will be going back to show her pics. I cant praise her service enough, it was a pleasure to shop at Wallace & Bishop Kawana

I enjoyed a fabulous shopping experience today, at Wallace Bishop Kawana. I was greeted with a smile straightaway from Martin the store manager and offered assistance and time to browse. I purchased a stunning Royal Doulton Champagne Set and Waterford Crystal trinket heart-shaped box, and was offered a fantastic sale price and courteous, warm customer service. Thankyou for a wonderful experience and I look forward to returning to the store!

These are truly tough time's and these ladies are GREAT they work with you and not against if I need jewelry i go there allways

We have had gold rings break they have sized rings that should not have been sized and I always find the sales people quite stuck up

Ive been married 7 years and my first wedding ring set from them couldn't be fixed, they no longer stocked so I had to get a different set.The new set has been returned 4 times from faulty claws resulting in missing diamonds. The last time it was fixed was last week, same claw and missing diamond 8 days later. Always an issue with their computer apparently that they can't find my details and staff are rude, condescending and patronising. If I could get a full refund I would.

The worst!!! Actually have emailed and sent two messages to their customer service support and they haven’t even answered that!!!. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service with a pair of $750 earring that were faulty Won’t shop there again

Have shopped here a couple of times in the last few weeks.I have received amazing customer service from Jules and her team, with a special shout out to Kylie, who goes above and beyond.Will be coming back for sure

Went to collect a bracelet that I dropped in for repair. I was told the shop had called me to collect it, but there was no record of a missed call from them on my phone. Did they really try and call me? When I got to the shop, I found that they had done some of the repairs I ask for, but not all, so I still don't feel it's safe to wear it without it falling off my wrist. My instructions on the repair I requested were really clear. Both ends of the bracelet were in need of repair, which would have been obvious to a blind man. Why did they fix one side of my bracelet and not the other???? Long story short - I walked out $320 poorer for the partial repair of my $8,000 bracelet. Now I need ANOTHER jeweler to do the same repair on the other side of the bracelet. Lesson learned here - don't go to Wallace Bishop Kawana Waters for a repair unless you want to be disappointed in the result. No partial refund offered, no sorry

I experienced the rudest, most appalling staff member today(29/6/20)..Customer service is non existant.Walked out of store & spent money in another jewellers.Shopping Centre
