Terrible experience. My appointment was at 11:50 and although I checked in at the reception desk on time, I waited for about an hour to see a GP (Dr. Elsmann) who started blaming me for why I’ve not arrived on time and then questioning me who my GP is and why I didn’t refer to him, …. She then kept copies of my corporate email including sensitive information although I said I’m not happy with it. My request was simply a medical certificate for a few days off as suggested by my supervisor.I was shocked by the way she behaved me and was only thinking about leaving asap as I was late to pick up my daughter. Now, I regret why I didn’t leave her office instantly and why I left my email prints with her.

Unfortunately i will never come back here again. I have been having constant pain in my wrist due to work so i decided to go to GP to get referal and xray even. I dont usually go to a GP unless i think it was concerning but i was left disregarded. All i got was a script for pain reliever and an assuming Dr Elsmann who ask me what dates i want for my days off for med certificate. I did not even ask for it. The whole consultation was 5 min considering i waited half an hour late for my appointment.

Avoid! Not only did I have to endure a one hour wait until I was seen to. I was also misdiagnosed!The surgery staff and particularly Dr Elsmann have no respect for patients time.Not once was I advised that Dr Elsmann was running behind schedule when I checked in to the surgery on time for my appointment. No apology was forthcoming when I queried when I would be seen to.When Dr Elsmann finally called my name, instead of apologising for the delay she was more concerned about my face mask and having it positioned correctly. (For your information - I had the mask on ready to go when the receptionist said I was next to see you - the previous patient has been out of the office ten minutes before you called my name out!)Dr Elsmann went on to inform me that is it common practice for GP’s to run behind schedule, further indicating complete lack of respect to her patients time. I’ve never had a GP run that late. And when one has been over 30 minutes late, the receptionists kindly informed me when I arrived.Then during the appointment I felt Dr Elsmann disregarded the information I provided and was quite judgmental towards me. I think this perception and judgement of me lead to her misdiagnosing my symptoms. Thankfully I did not proceed with the treatment she prescribed as I did not have time to as I had already wasted so much time waiting it the waiting room.I had a doctor do a more thorough examination two days later and tests confirmed I have not what Dr Elsmann suggested and actually confirmed what I thought and stated to her which she flatly denounced an not being possible.I would strongly recommend everyone avoid this clinic at all costs! Worse GP experience I’ve ever had such a waste of time and I was misdiagnosed. The practice has completely no respect and care for their patients.

I have been really looked after here for many months in hydrotherapy and physio. Special shout out to Lawrence and Sanaa who make my experience enjoyable everytime.

I’m submitting this review on behalf of a family member who attended the practice.“It’s shocking that Dr Elsmann is still practicing.Her total lack of empathy and condicending attitude make her for one of the worst doctors I have ever seen.What’s even more of a concern are the abundance of reviews highlighting the same problems that other patients have experienced. Clearly the practice manager (I’m guessing Victoria?) is either too incompetent at her job or is simply too intimidated to address this to Dr Elsmann.My advice, the whole practice should undertake some customer service based training before they lose more patients.”

Unfortunately my usual Dr has retired so I have been seeing Dr Elsman.After another very unprofessional experience with Dr Elsman yesterday, I did some homework on her & after reading these reviews I feel somewhat better that it's not just me.It shocks me that Dr Elsman raises her voice, speaks to me in a condescending way, yesterday dismissed my feelings showing zero empathy & questioning me as if my concerns were not valid. Dr Elsman has the worst temperament & lack of manners.It's concerning to read so many reviews regarding Dr Elsman highlighting the same concerns other patients have raised.Worst experience ever, I left in tears certainly will be seeking a new Dr.ertainly will

I’ve been here twice and each time I’ve had to wait over 1.5hrs for my scheduled appointment. It’s ridiculous. They obviously book too many patients and the doctors can’t handle it. I haven’t experienced this at any other clinic I’ve been to in the metro area. Never will come back here.

This place is really good, my son had problems with his calf’s we went to the physiotherapist and now he tells 10 times better. We have been coming here since he was a little boy the receptionists are really nice and the doctors are also really nice. Would recommend.

Just had an appointment with Dr Elssman. Worst doctors experience of my life. I have been suffering from chronic pain, suspicious I have endometriosis or PCOS - she told me to start taking an inflammatory before my pain starts or to go on the pill and ‘skip’ my period. Being a female doctor, this advice shocked me. She did no examination or asked if I would like an ultra sound. Can’t believe I wasted my money. Don’t waste your time if you are a female looking for a female doctor with this doctor.

Doctor Joe Kosterich signs petitions against keeping high risk patients in Perth safe form COVID-19 he is a down right ableist and shows poor example of the responsibility a medical Doctor should be doing for the community.No I will not remove this, think twice about the dangerous healthcare professionals you employ and how you respond to the media when there is an uproar of vulnerable people.Respectfully just be better.
