From the moment I spoke with Kelvin Ong from the dealership, I knew I was in the best of hands. The process of sale; which was all done electronically after my initial phone call with Kelvin ensured that I was able to get on with what I needed to do in life, until my car arrived at my doorstep. Huge credit to the team at Parramatta Jaguar for customer care that is second to none.

I have a 3 year old E-pace, with the 5-year free service.During the last service in March 2022, i told them about the coolant level light coming on. As part of the service, they topped it up and said their pressure test did not find any leaks.In Sept 2022, the light came on again and the level was at minimum. I called and they sent an NRMA technician, who simply topped it up with water and asked that I bring it back for service. Since i was going overseas, the service was booked for today(nov 15). Jaguar service was charging $250 for the inspection, and they will quote me any repairs needed.I told them that had they identified the issue last March, this would not have happened. A more senior service agent came and said that it is expected due to the weather fluctuations in Australia and started talking about molecular structures (if he us so knowlegeable, why is he still just a service agent ???)I drove off , and before i reached my house , the light came on again and the levelnus at MIN.Jaguar Parramatta service and their technicians put the brand down.

Just recently purchased a vehicle from Parramatta Jaguar, everyone was extremely helpful, professional and went above and beyond to make the transition smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend them if you are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Recently visited Parramatta Jaguar looking for a new Jaguar E-Pace. It is a very welcoming multi-storey showroom with great display of new and used prestige cars.I was introduced to Grace Caruana by the Jaguar sales team. Though Grace is a sales cadet, she showed real professionalism in gauging what we were looking for and smartly guided me to the best E-Pace models on display. With her explanation of the features and pricing options of the models, I was quickly persuaded to commit to the purchase of a top of the range E-Pace.Grace and the Sales Manager, Kenny Lam, were very flexible and open in negotiating the best trade-in deal and mutually agreeing the change over price very expediently. Their assistance and guidance in accessing electronic manuals and arranging service plans are greatly valued.
