Terrible service, I should have read the reviews first. Waiting 30 mins for a prescription only for them to state they texted me with ever asking for a phone number. Ridiculous.

I give them -5 ☆☆☆☆☆. I called them for a Covid vaccine and they said to walk in on Thursday between 10am and 4pm don't have to make an appointment.I got there at 12.30 pm and they said they don't do vaccine then they said they ran out and than they said the vaccine was coming on Friday.Chemist warehouse you guys are full of B.S. never again going to believe your B.S.I should have believed the reviews. Their Customer service is not there, they are very arrogant and don't care about the inconvenience they have caused you by their B.S.

I went to buy a over the counter cream that sells without a doctor prescription . The pharmacist was rude beyond belief and abused his position and verbally abused me .Asked me who is for , if they used it before and DEMANDED I tell him what is for . He refused to give it to me unless I tell him . I told him that’s none of his business and that the doctor told me to get it.He told me if I’m not happy to GET OUT .I went into another pharmacy and the staff there were lovely . Only Asked me if I used it before and gave me advice on how long to use it . Did not ask any personal questions.That guy should learn how to treat customers. He is after all just a pharmacist not a doctor .He can give advise if I ask for it but he does not have the right to refuse to sell you any medicine that in fact is sold without prescription.Nasty little man , full of himself . Abusing his position.

Walked around the empty shop for 20 minutes trying to find items I needed, walked past the 10 staff multiple times but they were too busy talking about their weekends. Went to another store and spent $200, only go to this store if all others are closed

The worst doesn’t even deserve one star service hygiene staff everything is disgusting and what is with the checking bags ???? It is my personal bag you don’t have the right to search it that way she checks everything I have even though it is personal and non of anybody’s business and when I told her this is too much she said it is the chemist rules what rules give you the right to go through other people stuff. Also every time I ask for something they either don’t want to help or they are just disrespectful seriously for your own sake don’t go there

Very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience here today. Manager/ staff in charge at the counter was very rude and quick to judge customers when we haven’t even done anything wrong? They assume alot of things blaming customers for their doings. Please read comments before entering this store.

My experience getting the flu vax was okay HOWEVER the pharmacist didn't use anything to sanitize my arm before the needle. She was lovely and the needle didn't hurt at all, but I do have concerns about hygiene if this two second step was skipped.

The female security guard at this store is unbelievably horrible at her job. She checked my bag, after not checking anyone else’s, proceeded to accuse me of stealing a perfume they don’t even sell, and then continued to touch the belongings inside my handbag. She watched me walk in the store to the makeup, not looking at perfume, and exiting without touching any perfume. The store is bad enough with the rude staff, without the added stress of being accused of theft as you try to exit.
