Byford Pharmacy

This is the first time I've attended this pharmacy and it will be the last. I was served by an extremely rude older female pharmacist, whom as a fellow health professional I found completely abhorrent in her manner of dealing with a customer. She first insults my knowledge of medications as a health professional (when I stated I was one and knew the drug I was purchasing for myself). I'm sorry, do you know me? My education or my experience in my role? No, you dont. Then to embarrass herself further, she puts on her doctor's hat and tries to diagnose me without any background information given to her. Stick to your scope of practice lady and have some respect for your customers and fellow health professionals. The last thing you want is someone reporting any misconduct on your part to AHPRA. Go to the pharmacy in the Glades, they have wonderful staff and their service is exceptional. Take a page from their book and learn a thing or two about your role and how it SHOULD be carried out to support your community.

Friendly staff that are always willing to help out, opening hours are awesome early openings and late closing :) nice and convenient and a great range of products, prices are on par with most other pharmacies :)

This is my pharmacy & I love coming here to get scripts, or over the counter medications, or supplements. Their range is quite good. They are easy to get to.

Walked in and within 2 mins I walked out .I was served by a extremely arrogant rude man.If you dont want to help people you should really not work in a pharmacy.Will never return.Not good customer service at all

Amazing staff who constantly go that extra mile. Always friendly and great product knowledge. Prices ate reasonable and generic brands on offer.Mobility access and staff come out to help without being asked!

Always provide helpful and great service!! With being stuck in isolation I called them and they were able to deliver my medication!!

Very rude .Why go to this horrible chemist when u have the glades .I hope all staff members lose their jobs .

Such a peaceful place. Such a wide range of products. It's in every way that I appreciate this place! :)

Staff were not friendly. They have a staff, a lady who is very rude. I always go and buy stuff from this chemist. The first time I have encountered this lady, she was extremely rude. Then second time she was still rude. I think it’s her personality. I decided not to go to this chemist again.

My partner and I went here tonight and the two staff that were working were extremely friendly. Helped us find what we needed as soon as we walked in the door.I’m not the type to post a review unless I either have terrible or amazing service.
