Best chemist around. Staff are all friendly, helpful and prescriptions are done in a few minutes. I go out of my way sometimes to come here.

I visited your chemist tonight in need of some advice. I was served by Lewis. Nothing was too much trouble, he spent quite a while with me selecting the most appropriate product for my need, and gave some other advice on tests which may shed some light on my situation.Lewis was personable, helpful and gave great customer service. I greatly appreciated his help. He is to be congratulated!

Great chemist most times, although there seems to be a lot of change of staff lately so not many faces are familiar anymore. The only negative I have is when my mother was in Covid isolation and using the Medadvisor app she ordered some prescriptions and requested delivery, which it said was available. But it wasn't! She then had to organise a friend to collect them for her. If you cannot provide a delivery service then don't have it available on the app.

Terry White Chemist Golden Grove, staff were pretty rude, they think they know wha they are talking about but don’t. Should be educated on the products they sell. Had to wait to be served because the staff had to finish off their conversation first. I think it was about the bachelor. Asked for a bag and was told “I can carry it” this kind of attitude there are plenty of other chemist in the area that we can spend our money. Chemist wearhouse a lot cheaper too.

I used to come here all the time to get my scripts and felt very welcome, until my last few visits. I have had a few bad months financially and mentally and have come in some nights struggling because I couldn't find my script or I've literally forgotten to revisit my doctor for the scripts. The guy on lates left a few remarks, not too rude, like you should be more organised" which I agreed

I’ve been to this pharmacy a few times and always had a good experience.Today I was served by Steph. She was fantastic! She quickly prepared my inhaler, helped me select the best spacer for me, then showed me how to use it. Steph was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I’ll be back soon, and I hope to be served by Steph again!

I've been going here since they opened. Their service, paired with the MedAdvisor app, makes for the most convenient pharmacy experience I've ever had. They're all very caring, considerate and knowledgeable pharmacists and staff; exactly what you need when you go to a chemist.
