Got to work this morning to find my printer/fax/photocopier had had what I can only assume is a stroke over night! Loud grinding noises and dreadful copies being dispensed. Called the call centre at 8.03 to report my emergency and Kevin the superstar technician was at my door at 9.05 - repairs done and dusted by 9.20!!! That my friends is service at its very best!

I brought a new black drum unit from Konica for my Konica Minolta 650 which failed after very little use. I was told they will not refund or replace a black drum unit, only coloured drums less than 12 months from purchase. It wasn't a cheap drum - around $600. NOT HAPPY!! If you sell them- support your product.Cindy

Awesome support for our Konica printers. The technician that assisted us with our issues was super friendly, and knew exactly what he was talking about. We even had to reach out to him again via email, and he rang me back within a very reasonable time. All done via remote support!! Would highly recommend!
