The Recital Centre is truly a delight, great theatre options and range of prices and performances. This is a large facility - which is a part of the city's vibrant and busy art precinct - with access to great food options (a little pricey). Plenty of easy access to public transport, but the parking is under the Arts Centre, so br prepared for a bit of a hike (can be interesting with Melbourne's fickle weather)

Perfect for an evening of entertainment. Some extra tall people might wish the seats were a little more spacious but that aside a lovely venue with remarkable acts.

Stunning venue! The diffusers and sound design is top notch so expect really balance audio when sitting anywhere in the audience. If you’re sitting at the back, people walking by are a bit loud with no carpet runners down to absorb the sound of heels and boots.

Recently attended to see Corpus Medicorum orchestra in the Elizabeth Murdoch Hall. Beautiful architecture. Very comfy roomy seats. Free parking just around the corner. Excellent concert, raising money for a very good cause.

Saw Meg Mac here on 27th April. The best venue for any gig.

Mighty impressed with what they’ve done with this place. Came here for The Australian Brandenburg Orchestra performing Vivaldi’s Four Seasons. I love the styling and the size of the building, I think they got the size just right; not too big, just right to make it feel exclusive. I had seats back i think 5 or 6 rows from the very back but I could see and hear the stage perfectly. The bar stocked a nice range of craft beers, wine and even single malt whiskies. The performance itself was awesome and I look forward to coming back and checking out another show.
