Quality Inn Grafton
The beds are old are very uncomfortable. The shower is grubby and poorly cleaned. Rooms near the road are very noisy.

9/3/23Room in the cottage - 43. Unsafe steps and railings - guest slipped on rotten step. Old Toilet not shutting off so running all the time. Hubby had to do a temp fix up so it didn't keep us awake. Second bedroom - curtains falling off hooks, no bedside table or bedside light. No bathmat. Tear in sofa arm. Asked for discount on the $185 and was refused.Worst accomodation in 11 nights. Doug.

Clear direction to reach apartment was missing. While one comes first time in late evening there is an issue to go around all levels to locate. Our no. 36 was difficult to locate.

Quality Inn Grafton
Will ONLY stay at Quality Inn when visiting in Grafton. Staff are amazing, very helpful. Rooms lovely and clean and well stocked with my favorite hot chocolate. It's a shame the in house restaurant isn't open but no biggy as food is available directly across the road. Great price for a peaceful place to stay with the family.

Lovely room with small balcony. Spacious bathroom and beautiful pool. Very comfortable overnight stay.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The room could do with an update. Airfrier and Microwave are in the room which makes it great when you are on business trip to keep expenses down. Room service is interesting. Seems like alternate people doing it and there is a difference. Still good though. All in all a good experience.

Great spot in Grafton, close to everything and a good sized clean room. Nice bathroom in particular.
