Worst company to deal with. An Allianz customer crashed into my car over 2 weeks now (she gave me the claim number) but I cannot make them answer my call to have my car assessed and repaired. This is ridiculous. Multiple attempted calls and no solution. I've spent more than 30 minutes waiting on the line to have my call disconnected or, when someone answers, transferred back to the line because it went to the wrong department. It is ridiculous that I have to contact them when their client is at fault. They should have contacted me as soon as she opened the claim and gave my details. To make even worst, the Allianz client is also having issue contacting them.

I would like to give a huge thank you to the Allianz team for being very helpful regarding an accident I was in right before Christmas. it was my first one in my entire life. They we're easy to be deal with, pleasant. The first claim was the drivers fault. The second claim was due to the smash repairer cracking my windscreen but denied it. An assessor was sent down,checked out the car and said it was the man's fault.. Despite not having screen cover on my policy,they still fixed it without charging me.

Long wait times on phone. Cut offs and wrong transfers, I rang to make a small claim on a vehicle accident. The wait time the first day was 1 1/2 hours and transferred to 6 different people and eventually cut off. 2nd day I tried again and again 6 different people I was transferred to and then put back on hold another 1 hour wait.I think I know what is going on here as the last person I was transferred to who I was assured was the correct person to speak to I could hear a tv and possible a small child in the background. STOP WORKING FROM HOME LAZY PEOPLE AND GET BACK TO THE OFFICE AND DO SOME WORK! It's too easy for them to just say oh you have got the wrong department and then throw you back to the switchboard.This is outrageous customer service. I ended up placing my claim online with great difficulty as none of the claim forms seemed to suit my circumstances. Would not recommend this insurance company due to this woeful service. Some of the higher ups in this company should jump on the phone and try the service for themselves. They should hang their head in shame.

What ever you do DO NOT use this insurance company,They have ripped me off big time after taking over $170 a month for years we found out after lodging a claim that they had the wrong (a few doors down the road) address on the property, that wasn't our fault. So our claim was wiped and we were told to bad. Still don't know how or why this happened as management will not contact us. This is NOT a trust worthy company.Call NRMA on 132132 for great service.

As the underwriter for my home insurer I assume you are to blame for attempting to jack up my monthly premium by almost 25% just because people in the same postcode had flood claims last year, well some of us read our renewal notices and won't stand for you attempting to recover your losses because you actually had to pay out for something. I'll be moving to another insurer who isn't trying to rip people off to increase their profits.

Disgusting car insurance company. They take your money then when your in a not at fault accident they deliberately twist their product disclosure statement and deliberately ignoring evidence proving otherwise to not pay the claim. AVOID AVOID at all cost. Your better off with no insurance rather than this company.

I usually only leave food reviews, however I will make an exception for Allianz.Absolutely disgusting and unethical business practices. Been a customer of Allianz since Jesus wore sandals and have never made a claim ever. During the recent heavy storms, damage was caused to my property and Allianz had the audacity to say to me that my property was neglected and not maintained…. like hello?? perhaps you can talk to the majority of your customers like that but anyone who has seen my house would be able to easily tell that my property is well maintained and not one of your Government houses. It honestly appears that any excuse not to cover for damage will be used and nothing short of a tree falling onto the house would equate to a successful claim (even then I’m quite certain you would say that I should have maintained the tree and took care of the roots better). I hope one day soon a Royal Commission into Insurance companies will be initiated and who better to start then with yourselves since you are the most unethical of the bunch. Absolutely shocking and disgusting…. I actually have no words. Please people, don’t waste your time or money. If you are considering insurance go with GIO or CommInsure, at least you have a chance with them.

Very disappointed service. Waiting for more than 40mts to get in touch with a customer service representative. My business vehicle is insured with Alliance, it is hard to spend 1 hrs to get someone to talk during business hrs. What a waist of time. Changing the provider soon

I am disappointed with the customer service I have received from Allianz. I have been trying to reach out to them to get information about a claim, but have been waiting for a connection for almost 3 hours. Furthermore, as an experiment I have also tried to reach out to their customer care team to inquire about new policies and have been connected within 10 minutes on multiple occasions. This suggests that the company prioritizes acquiring new customers over providing adequate service to current policyholders. Stay away from this company as much as possible.I believe that the APRA, as the regulatory body, should investigate this discrepancy and take appropriate action."

My girlfriend lost her Apple Watch and I had cover with Allianz through my credit card. I thought it would be a nightmare. I was pleasantly mistaken! Easy to apply, quick claim turnaround and wonderful staff really nice and friendly. I will now be switching all my insurance over to Allianz
