Matt went above and beyond to help both myself and a friend during the Covid-19 pandemic. He was both friendly and professional and was able to get us on what now appears to have been one of the last flights out of Sydney back to the U.K. We are so grateful that you were able to help us during such an uncertain time and with such efficiency. Rather use another flight centre. Booked Business class flights for $ 6000 and requested to ensure my frequent flyer number was added to the booking and this was even confirmed. This did not happen after the fact and i lost all those loyalty points i could have received and my requests to rectify are simply ignored by Cara after three email requests. Don't waste your time here , rather book through Flight centre Miranda if you want what you pay for. When you email social.engagement@flightcentre you dont even get a reply.

Our family recently went on a holiday to Hamilton Island booked by Ken McCarron.He created and organized a great travel plan for us, making sure that we were very well looked after.He went above and beyond ensuring we had the best deal in regards to the airfare, accommodation and activities.I highly recommend Flight Centre Cronulla and Ken.ELi

Blown away by the top service I received from Matt and Flight Centre Cronulla. I have worked in the travel industry for 33 years, and still did not know where to begin with booking and keeping up with changes during Covid! His complete professionalism, obvious from his knowledge of process and rules at this time, his calm approach to whatever mini-crisis I was going through, and generally just a sympathetic ear when it feels like no one is listening to your personal circumstances gave me complete confidence to go back out into the world again. Can not thank you enough, or recommend the service you provided highly enough. 10 stars out of 5!

Popped into the Cronulla office today to book flights for my daughters student exchange to Copenhagen. Blonde employee on front desk assisted us. We were quoted $5000 for a round the world ticket via New York & Copenhagen & $4000 return from Sydney to Copenhagen. The employee was not friendly at all. We left & looked online & found a return to Copenhagen for $3000 & ended up booking a round the world ticket via NYC for $2900. Can’t see how this experience was remotely helpful. Won’t be returning and unfortunately I did not get the employees name but she is not a credit to this business.
