Paul made me feel welcome and comfortable. I have a lower back fusion and he understood the complexities and provided me with a customised program. I couldn't recommend him and the location enough!!!

We came up to Swansea for the weekend and after a winter surfing mission on the south east point breaks we needed some neck recuperation. Paul's architecturally designed pilates studio on the beach at Dolphin Sands is super warm and comfortable. Paul gave us some great tips to release the neck and generally build our strength and improve our posture. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!! Highly recommended.
