D'AZUR Shutters & Blinds

I measured my own windows at home and gave Frank the dimensions. He talked us through the entire process and was such a pleasure to deal with. The shutters fit like a glove and were so easy to install. I'm not a huge guy and installing them was quite a simple process. The frame just slots together. Will definitely purchase again. Such value for money (compared to the competition) with excellent service to top it off!

I stumbled across D`Azur when I was browsing through various shops, looking for good products at a low price. Asking around allowed me to conclude that D`Azur does offer very cheap shutters and blinds while maintaining high quality products. Their staff were relatively fast in responding making the process simple and efficient. A quick measurement followed by a quick installation left me satisfied with the whole experience. I would recommend D`Azur Shutters and Blinds to others also looking for high quality shutters at a very low price!

I feel their product quality is good and they supply it at a very low cost compared to their competitors. Finding the right roller blind was easy as their sales manager bought a variety of samples for me to choose. He was very kind and always tried to satisfy my wants as best as possible. Overall, pretty happy with the service and products I received.

You get what you pay for, and boy did I get that.ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!I had to get shutters for two small windows in my bathroom and the installer had to come THREE TIMES. I wish that I had Nepean shutters who did my whole apartment originally but as it was a small order I jumped on in with my neighbours order.FIrstly the measurements were wrong with both mine and my neighbours (they never double checked, which other companies do)Secondly the shutters they put in my bathroom were completely wrong and the 'no more gaps' used were a centremetre at the top of the left shutter and an inch on the bottom of the right shutter, the blades were un even and so they had to be repaired.Thirdly when they came to even out the shutters the installer who I have never met before marched into my apartment and criticised my original shutters then ridiculed me in my bathroom, I had to leave before I blew up, Frank (the owner and other reviewer) comes in and the installer David criticises my windows again and I blew up. As someone who keeps their mouth shut, that was a big deal. The installer didn't do the shutters properly AGAIN and had to be negotiated by his boss for 10 minutes before he would complete the job PROPERLY.I then had Frank stand over me to pay him via bank transfer, as if I am a thief. I am still waiting for my invoice to confirm that I have paid fully.The experience was shocking, exhausting and draining, my review doesn't go into detail, because I cannot describe how terrible the service, installation and behaviour was.My neighbour's experience was worse, the installation was terrible, and there was way too much finger pointing. But it is up to her to leave the review of what she experienced.My only advice is, don't use these guys. They don't know how to measure properly and they don't know how to install properly.I will also try to upload the photo of the blinds.I am still waiting for my invoice, I have asked for it for tax purposes and I was asked 'what is wrong with you?' That is not how you run a business. Don't waste your time, they don't measure properly and you need to when it comes to plantation shutters as there is no give.
