This was my first time to the salon. Shian was looking after me. She was very knowledgeable with her colour and ways to make the colour last. Very friendly and easy to chat with. Would highly recommend.

The business was clean, well lit, and spacious, my stylist Shain was very polite and courteous upon entry. She asked me about my hair and if there was anything I was concerned about, we talked about styles and the overall look I was after. Overall, very nice shop and very happy with my haircut 5 out of 5

Shian was my stylist and was very very helpful from the minute I went into the store until I left. She explained the whole process for my treatment. Let me know what she was doing at each stage. Gave me lots of advice which I needed to know. Very relaxed 2 hours.

Shian has been my beauty stylist for the past three months, and the amount of professionalism, care and skill she puts into her work is amazing! I am absolutely stunned by the results every time and I appreciate her work greatly! The other Salon workers are also always very lovely and it’s a consistently clean and professional place. Would definitely recommend coming here for any treatment!

Shian is an amazing stylist who took the time to understand the look I was trying to achieve and absolutely nailed it. Shian took great care of my hair during the lightening process to ensure it maintained its integrity, and I was given plenty of valuable advice for at home maintenance. I was provided with a quote before any services were provided and found the entire experience to be friendly and professional. I also had a nice fresh cut and found all the staff in the salon to be very patient and understanding. I highly recommend this salon.

Amazing! I got my hair coloured by Shian, she was extremely friendly and matched my colour perfectly. Her head massages are to die for! My daughter had yunmi style her hair, it was like watching an artist at work that you couldn’t stop watching. Well done ladies, wish we lived in Townsville and could return to this salon regularly. I would highly recommend.
