When explaining my troubling thoughts during the second big lock down, the psychologist looked bored beyond belief, and even asked me don't you think everyone is feeling like this?". I understand that psychologists

$290 appointment cancellation fee very steep - I had to look after my children for the day. Appointments never seemed to be getting anywhere either.

Despite negative reviews regarding cancelation fees, I have had nothing but a pleasant and productive experience here at the Three Seas Northcote.Paul is an exceptional psychologist, very warm, understanding, and offers invaluable advice that no doubt comes from years of experience and expertise.I believe everyone’s experience of psychology will differ, given mental health is such a personal matter, however if it helps you to take your first step into trying psychology - I’d highly recommend this practice.

Insensitive practice. Charged me over $100 for simply trying to re-schedule an appointment due to a family emergency. Mind you, I rang through over 24 hours before the appointment. In it for the money or good patient outcomes?Would not recommend

The Three Seas Psychology group is a lovely establishment and I am absolutely shocked by the negative reviews!I'm unbelievably happy with my psychologist Olivia. She always takes the time to listen, be empathetic and kind .... But also has been providing such helpful advice and many tools I can use to assess my needs and act accordingly. She walks me through different approaches and refers helpful resources that help me explore certain aspects further.All the receptionists are very friendly and warm, also empathetic.Side note: I think it makes a lot of sense to charge a fee for late cancellation. It's a common practice for several job fields and should not be used as a reason to give 1 star. Come on, do better, people!All in all, I love every visit at the Northcote and Richmond facility. The Three Seas feels like home to me :)Thank you!

A wonderful practice with warm & friendly staff

First time at the practice here in Northcote and my experience was pleasant. The admin staff are so efficient and accommodating. There's a lovely courtyard to relax in also. Thank you
