This is an actual rc car store. Filled with different rc cars that you can stay there for hours just looking. A lot of spare parts for slash. The returning and refunding was easy just need to ship it to them and tell them. They would give a full refund. Very patient and welcoming customer services.

We ordered through Hobbies Direct for a school stem project. Their website listings were accurate and response to our order was prompt. They willingly offered alternative ideas for our beginners and also noticed we had missed some elements of our order and helped us to ensure that we would be able to achieve a complete project. Their friendliness and attention detail was fantastic.

Have ordered numerous times over the past few years with these guys and absolutely brilliant. Great Customer Service, Deliveries on time and prompt and no issues ever with any returns. They also opened on a public holiday for me to collect in person as they only had admin staff in not open officially AND STILL got me my parts. Brilliant, Brilliant, Brilliant.

I have ordered from Hobbies Direct several times recently. They are easily the most reliable and professional hobby store I have dealt with and I would only order from them if I could. This week I placed an order Monday, it was shipped that day and arrived in Queensland on Wednesday as did some parts I ordered about 2 weeks ago from a different supplier.
