Nice food, but first time I have been charged for extra chilli sauce for chicken, surely you shouldn’t charge extra for chilli on top of your extra expensive food!! Didn’t even tell about the extra charge! Asked for dine in yet still gave it to me in massive cardboard/paper bags!

Used to be one of my favourite Oporto branches, but recently not really. Poor service, they have got my order wrong least 3 times now, even when I ask if there is long wait they said no only 4 mins but ended up waiting for 10 mins. Staff aren't trained well, don't even greet or smile.

One of the best Oportos in Sydney. Place is clean and comfortable. Staff are polite and helpful. My order is always correct and made with care.

Such a pathetic veggies burger.. the veggie patty is so oily…you can see the oil all over. I vomited as soon as I took a bite. If you try to call them, the phone is always on voicemail. God knows why people buy franchises or get into the food business if they can’t run it properly. I wish instead of apologising here, they could concentrate on training their staff and running the business properly.

Few days back I bought the Rappas and the bread was all broken and the vegetables falling out. Besides this the wrap was not packed tight as well. It was late night and I could not go back at midnight to show it to them but this was really upsetting. When I called, I was told.theynhad never heard about the bread being broken and asked me to take it back so they could get me a new one. It was late night and unpractical to go back at midnight.

Every week i get my order wrong. EVERY WEEK!!!Its pathetic!! And when i try to call they never answer their phone.....Today i ordered a quarter chicken box with chips for the side and i soecifically asked for the leg.This is what i got......
