Amazing place, have ordered for the past 3 years regularly never had a problem what so ever. Food is amazing and always fresh. Costumer service is the best in the business so friendly. So reliable. Feel like it is my second kitchen in Sutherland shire.

I wish I could give negative, ordered at 5:30. Got told 6:15 to be delivered it’s 7pm now. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. Joke of a place stay away from here!!

I’ve been trying to get in contact with the Sutherland store for 3 days to cancel an order. No answer, zero response. Email and phone. I guess I’ll have to go in with Covid and infect everyone.

Do not order from this store!!! If I could give less stars I would!Both my husband and I had food poisoning after eating a chicken pizza from this store. I was severely unwell and ended up in hospital the following morning.After calling the store, they denied that anyone else had been unwell and said that everything was in date, but that the store owner would give me a call. A week later and I have never heard back from anyone.Appalling customer service and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Pizza was good despite expensive and very small for a large. Ordered can of Lift but received bottle of 40% less sugar Lift that has putrid chemical aftertaste. Would have liked to be asked if they had no cans. Judging by low ratings and bad comments with no customer response they could care less because they've got the name.Very poor business skills.I have good memories of PH and used to love visiting the restaurants but now it seems to be deliberately run in to the ground. Shame. smh
